Online Architectural Application

Below, please find the Architectural Modification Application.  This application will require the submission of all necessary documents to review your architectural application.  By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the application will not be considered, nor will the submission be complete, until all documents are received.

The Asscociation’s architectural application must be completed for all modifications to the exterior of your home.  Any change to the exterior of a home in the community must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to commencement of work.

To complete the architectural modification application, the following information is required:

• Homeowner contact information
• Copy of contractor’s business license
• Copy of contractor’s certificate of liability insurance with Association listed as additionally insured
• Photos or brochures of materials to be installed (doors, shutters, plant material, etc.)
• Diagram or sketch of installation locations (fence location, plant locations, window/door locations, etc.)
• Photo of home, including roof and driveway
