Community Features:
Woodworth Village Homeowners Association is comprised of 126 single family homes nestled in the resort style Olympia Community located in Wellington, FL. The community offers numerous resort style amenities including a Mediterranean style clubhouse as the focal point of the community and features numerous meeting rooms, a large great room, a fitness center with child's play room and an indoor basketball and volley ball court. Attached to the clubhouse is a large portico with a screened in patio and large water feature. The clubhouse also has an extensive outdoor patio with tables and chairs. Surrounding the clubhouse is a 10 acre lakefront recreation area. This area contains 3 Tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, a large community playing field, a children's play area and a wetland preserve.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the last day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• A non-refundable Capital Contribution equivalent to one (1) Quarter of the current quarterly assessment collected at the time of transfer/closing.
• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than six (6) months.
• Only Two (2) household pets are permitted per home.

Architectural Changes:
