Community Features:

Woodfield Hunt Club is a gated community of 328 luxury single family homes located in the city of Boca Raton. This community offers a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Clay Tennis Courts (a Tennis Pro is available to Residents for an additional charge), Playgrounds, and Basketball Courts.

Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Clubhouse or as required.

Association Financial Information:

Each Home is responsible for quarterly assessments to the association, due on the 1st day January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month the quarterly assessment is due and may incur a late fee. Please Click Here to view the WHC Delinquency Policy.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association documents and rules and regulations for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below:
There is no overnight street parking permitted. Vehicles must be garaged or parked in driveways without impeding the sidewalks.

Architectural Changes:

An Architectural Review Board Application must be submitted for approval prior to the commencement of any exterior modifications to your home or property. Examples of items for approval include but are not limited to the following: Exterior modifications and minor construction, roof repair or replacement, exterior remodeling, painting, landscaping changes, electric generator installation, fences, hurricane shutters, play equipment. Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesday and Friday. Recycling, vegetation debris and bulk items are picked up on Friday. All material and containers shall be placed in the swale for collection no earlier than 7:00 p.m. prior to the scheduled collection day and no later than 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. All containers must be removed within 12 hours following collection. Empty containers/bins must be stored out of sight during all other times.

Community Clubhouse Rental:

Residents may rent the clubhouse for a private function or event. A ‘Clubhouse Use Agreement’ is required to be submitted for review and approval.
