Community Features:
Windward Lakes Condominium Association is located in Pompano Beach, FL. and offers a community pool, fitness center and tennis court for residents’ enjoyment.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10^th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• No more than two (2) household pets are permitted per unit and must not weigh more than thirty (30) lbs. at maturity.
• Lease terms of no less than one (1) year is permitted.
• A personal interview for all prospective owners and tenants is required by the Association.

Architectural Changes:
