Community Features:

The Class A retail/office property was built in 2007 and is situated along the west side of State Road 7, three quarters of a mile north of Forest Hill Boulevard in the City of Wellington, Palm Beach County Florida.

Tenant base is comprised of a mixture of retail, a variety of medical offices, financial institutions and professional offices and executive suites, etc.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets on occasion – to be determined.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25 late penalty fee.
