The Village at Victoria Park is comprised of thirty (30) single-family home in a gated community in Fort Lauderdale, FL.’s Victoria. The development is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, the beach, Las Olas, and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
