Community Features:
Villa Sonrisa is located in Boca Pointe Country Club in Boca Raton, FL. This Master HOA has five (5) condominium buildings (sub associations) in which there are a total of 134 condominium units. The community offers 24-hour manned gate security and a roving patrol. For those buyers to wish to join the country club, Boca Pointe Country Club offers a tremendous number of amenities including the newly renovated fitness center, aquatics center, tennis center, restaurants, and a golf course.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each condominium unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of community restrictions.
- Only two (2) household pets are permitted; dogs must not exceed a weight of thirty (30) lbs. at maturity.
- Lease terms may not be for less than four (4) months.
