VILLA PALMS COA is a community of 30 CONDO located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a $300 monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25 late penalty fee and 18% interest on the 10th of the month.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Pets are allowed with a weight restrictions of under 60 lbs.
Parking: Campers, motor homes, boats, trailers, panel type vans, commercial vehicles (except for deliveries to residents), non-working vehicles, or vehicles leaking oil are not permitted. Owners and lessees shall park personal vehicles in two closest parking spots to the unit.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $50 payable to Villa Palms COA and $50 payable to GRS Management Associates Inc. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management Associates, Inc.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday & Saturday
Recycling is picked up on Thursday
