Community Features:
Villa Flora is a gated community comprised of 187 single family villa homes and is one of twenty-eight villages in Boca Pointe Country Club located in Boca Raton, FL. Membership to the club is not compulsory.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Owners must own their homes for one (1) year prior to leasing their homes.
• Lease terms may not be less than four (4) months and no more than twelve (12) months.
• Homes may not be leased more than one (1) time in a calendar year.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
