  Paint selected may not be the same color as the neighbors to the left or right. Any change to the paint scheme or repainting of the exterior of the home requires the approval by the Architectural Committee. The Committee meets the second and last Wednesday of every month.
  
  It is also understood:
  - Owner will be notified within thirty (30) days of the Architectural Committee's decision of the application.
  - Upon approval, work must commence within forty-five (45) days and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Failure to start the approved work within forty-five (45) days will require submission of a new application.
  
  Request may not:
  - Damage landscaping on your property, that of a neighbor, or the common grounds of the Association.
  - Cause a nuisance or interference with the peace or privacy of the other people in the community.
  - Be performed by a unlicensed contractors or without the required permits from all governmental agencies.
