Gate Change - GRS Community Management

Residents must submit all information for any gate changes. Please allow 24-hours for changes to take place. Submissions made after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. All telephone numbers must be local numbers.

Residents may authorize the gate to admit up to 10 guests without any additional access confirmation. When making changes, all permanent authorized visitors must be listed if their names are to remain in the system. Any person not listed shall be removed.

All other guests will be announced by the courtesy officer. You may pre-arrange entrance for guests by calling the gate house at (561) 333-3524. When planning a party, please provide the gate house with a guest list in advance.
