Community Features:
Victoria Grove is a manned gated community of 616 single-family homes located in the City of Royal Palm Beach. This community offers a clubhouse, pool with spa, fitness room, two tennis courts, tot lot, roller hockey rink, and soccer field. Victoria Grove does not have a master association nor are there any land use fees or rent annual payments.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Directors meetings are held the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at Victoria Grove clubhouse or as required.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $350.71, due on the 1st of each month. Assessments incur a $25.00 fee if not paid by the 10th day of the month.
Special Assessments: none in the past two years.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
No street parking during the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, or RVs.
Community Lease Restrictions:
Leases must be greater than 6 months in term and no more than one lease is permitted in a 12-month period.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale is $120.00 and rental is $250.00. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above-noted link.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing through the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. The architectural committee meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the clubhouse at 7:00 P.M.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The Clubhouse may be rented by owners for private functions. The fee to rent the clubhouse is $300.00 (non-refundable) payable to Victoria Grove HOA. In addition, a deposit of $500.00 will be returned upon verifying the clubhouse is left in the same condition it was initially rented (trash removal). The field may also be reserved; there is not a fee; however, there is a refundable deposit of $100.00.

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the evening prior to scheduled pickup; otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of sight.
