Verona Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is nestled in the heart of an upscale, 24-hour guard-gated community located between Lyons Road and US 441. Important Information for Townhome Residents
Please note that the contact information on this website is currently for single-family homes only. For questions or assistance regarding townhomes in The Village at Verona Lakes, including Bella Vista West and Bella Vista East, please contact Roy Sheets  at roy.sheets@fsresidential.com or by phone at 561-406-7124 with First Service Residential.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly at the Verona Lakes Clubhouse, typically on the last Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM. These meetings are open to all members.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the Association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of each month and will incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please be mindful of the following important community restrictions:

  • Parking:
      • ODD/EVEN side parking is enforced throughout the community. Parking is allowed on the side corresponding with the signs posted at the front and back entrances. Even side refers to the even-numbered side of homes, while Odd side refers to the odd-numbered side of homes. These sides alternate monthly.
      • Overnight street parking is not permitted between 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Before purchasing or leasing, please ensure that ALL vehicles can fit within your garage and driveway. No exceptions. Vehicles may not block sidewalks.
  • Application for Purchase or Lease:
      • An application is required for all purchases and leases in the community to properly update the system and gate access. There is currently no application fee.
      • You can obtain the application package and instructions by clicking the link above. Be sure to submit the completed application to the corporate office to ensure proper access is granted.
  • Architectural Changes:
    • Any exterior changes to your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download the Architectural application by clicking the link above. Applications can be submitted at the clubhouse office.

Garbage and Recycling Schedule

  • Garbage Pickup: Tuesdays & Fridays
  • Yard & Landscaping Debris Pickup: Tuesdays
  • Recycling & Bulk Pickup: Fridays
