Tuscany Property Owners Association is home to 455 single family residences located in Delray Beach, FL and is comprised of two neighborhoods (North and South) and in which all residents enjoy the amenities one typically finds at a 5-star hotel. Tuscany North and Tuscany South each has its own respective recreation area to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October.  Payments are considered late after the 15^th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Owners must have title to the residence for one (1) year prior to leasing.
• Owners may lease their units for a minimum term of twelve (12) months

Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to the unit must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
