Community Features:
Trevi Isle HOA is a community of 50 Single-Family Homes, located in Palm Beach Gardens. The community offers a Community Fitness Room and a Swimming Pool.
Association Communication:
If you would like to be in the know, the Board Of Directors asks you to download WhatsApp and E-mail TIHSecretary1@gmail.com with your address, name and phone number so an admin can add you to our Trevi Isle groups.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.
Association Financial Information:
Each Homeowner is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the Association, due on the first day of January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month; overdue assessments may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
- No commercial vehicles
- No more than two (2) household pets permitted
- Leases must have a minimum duration of six (6) months
- No Real Estate signs permitted
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. A link is provided to the left of the page to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays.
Recycling and bulk are picked up on Thursdays.
