Community Features:
Tivoli Court – The Fountains of Palm Beach Condominium, Inc. No.7.
Tivoli Court has a mix of 175 condominiums and townhomes and is part of The Fountains of Palm Beach. The Fountains of Palm Beach is a gated golf course community with no membership requirement. The community is located on Lake Worth Road, between the Turnpike and I-95.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board Meetings are held every second Monday at 4pm at the Tivoli Pool House.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Please refer to the specific Lease and Purchase Applications under the Downloads section for applicable fees and processes. A unit cannot be leased within the one-year period following the date of closing. No lease or sublease shall be for a period less than three months and said unit shall not be leased more than twice in a calendar year. See Article XI of the Declaration of Condominium and the Association’s Rules and Regulations
Vehicles:
No parking is permitted on any sidewalks, lawns, or areas other than in the designated resident parking area. Resident parking is on a first come, first park basis. Only one car per unit is allowed to be parked facing the building. All guests must adhere to the Tivoli Court parking rules and park in guest spots only; all guest parking must display a valid pass. Please refer to the Tivoli Court Rules and Regulations for additional information.
Architectural Changes:
All architectural changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link.
