Community Features:

Tierra Del Sol Condominium is a 55+ community comprised of 120 two (2) and three (3) bedroom units located in Boca Raton, Florida.  This resort style community offers a garden like courtyard, pool, spa, sauna, two (2) shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse with a kitchen area for private parties.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meetings are scheduled as needed.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for monthly assessments to the association, due on the first (1^st) day of the first month; payments are considered late after the fifteenth (15^th) day and may incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and “Rules We Live By” for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however some of the community restrictions are as follows:

• Four-legged animals are not permitted, small, caged birds or fish tanks are permitted.
• Each unit is assigned one (1) parking space; additional cars may use visitor parking spots.
• Ownership of one (1) year is required before an owner may lease their unit which may be for a term of no less than four (4) months and no more than one (1) year. Each unit may be leased only once per any twelve-month period.
