Community Features:
The Hills of Lake Eden is a community of 56 Single Family Homes located in Boynton Beach, FL.
This small, gated boutique community is only 5 minutes from downtown Delray’s dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late if not received by the 15th day of each month.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m., subject to change.
Community Restrictions: Please refer to the association rules and regulations.
Some common restrictions are:
- No Bed & Breakfast, Air B & B, VRBO, no multiple leases per home.
- Boats, trailers, campers, motorcycles, inoperable and/or commercial vehicles (Other than in connections with pickups and deliveries) shall not be stored or parked within the community. Unless parked in a closed garage out of public view
- Parking is in the garage and/or driveway.
- No parking on the grass
- No parking overnight on the street
- All pets shall be walked on a leash while on the exterior of home and person walking the pet /Owner shall immediately clean up all matter created by the pet.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
All applications are to have Association approval PRIOR to occupancy. No home may be leased for a term of less than ninety (90) days and not more than three (3) leases may be executed for any unit during any twelve (12) month period based on the date of commencement of the lease.
The Association has up to 30 days to process a completed application.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors PRIOR to commencement of the project. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Regular garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up on Fridays. Bulk and Yard Waste is picked up on Tuesdays. Please do not put your trash out before 5:00 PM the night before pickup Which is Monday and Thursday 5 p.m.) Empty containers must be moved out of sight by the end of garbage day.
