The Pines Owners Association, Inc.

Community Features:
The Pines Owners Association is a community of 128 Townhome units located in Fort Pierce, FL centrally located to shops, restaurants, downtown and the beach.  The community also offers a Clubhouse, Pool and Tennis Court.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly Maintenance Assessment to the association, due on the 1st day of each month.  Payments are considered late after the 10^th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• No more than two (2) domestic dogs and/or cats per unit is permitted; each not to exceed twenty (20) lbs. at maturity.
• No more than two (2) parking spaces are assigned to each unit.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Architectural Changes:
All interior and/or exterior modifications to the home must be approved by the Board of Directors or Committee. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the Modification Application.
