Community Features:
The Bridges Homeowners Association is a private gated community to 591 single family homes located in Delray Beach, FL. offering deluxe state of the art amenities.
The 17,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse features a foyer into an entryway of the grand lounge, a multi-purpose reception hall and also features a catering kitchen, a large screen TV, in-ceiling speakers, tables, chairs and plush sofas.
Adults can enjoy the resort style community pool and whirlpool spa with shaded cabanas and children can enjoy a Splash Park with a wading pool or a playground.
The Association also offers a full-service restaurant complete with a fully covered outdoor patio.
The Tennis Complex boasts six clay courts and one hard court, all lighted for night play, and features shaded pavilions and water fountains at each court, along with raised spectator viewing areas. The Tennis Complex also includes a Pro Shop, including equipment, grips, and stringing services.
Residents can work out at the fully equipped fitness center, open 24 hours a day featuring custom cardio, strength equipment, yoga, Pilates, dance or other forms of in-studio exercise or shooting hoops at the large indoor sports complex, located within the clubhouse, or at the outdoor basketball court. Men's and Women's locker rooms are each equipped with showers, lockers and sauna.
The Bridges Clubhouse also features a Card Room, which has gaming tables setup for all kinds of play, including Mahjong, Bridge, Poker and more! The Gaming Lounge has Air Hockey to Pac-Man, featuring a mix of arcade and table games, the lounge also includes sofas, tables, chairs and a large screen TV. Also featured is a Toddler Room with its own dedicated bathroom, and is filled with toys, books, tables, chairs, and even a small stage for when the tiny tots put on a show.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board during the second month of each quarter.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- A Capital Contribution Fee equivalent to one (1) quarter current assessments is due and payable to the Association at the time of transfer/closing.
- Lease terms must be for not less than twelve (12) months.
- Two (2) household pets only are permitted per residence.
