Sheffield Woods At Wellington Condominium Association, Inc.

Community Features:
Sheffield Woods at Wellington Condominium Association was built from 1981 to 1985 and offers 192 condominium two (2) and three (3) bedroom units located in the town of Wellington.
The community offers two entrances, exterior storage closets for each unit, a clubhouse and swimming pool, basic cable, and an assigned parking spot.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st day of the first month or each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 10th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

• One pet per unit; weighing no more than twenty (20) pounds at maturity.
