Community Features:

St George Homeowners Association is a community of 38 Townhomes located in Delray Beach.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a QUARTERLY assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each QUARTER. Payments are considered late on the 10th of the first month of the quarter and will incur a late penalty fee. Please CLICK HERE view the Collection and Late Fee policy

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

Only two (2) household domestic pets shall be permitted. No pets weighing in the excess of 50 lbs. are permitted.

Only automobile, van, non-commercial pickup trucks and other vehicles manufactured and used as private passenger vehicles may be parked within the subject property overnight. No vehicles bearing a For Sale sign shall be parked within the public view anywhere in the subject property.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $125 application fee for each applicant payable to GRS Community Management and a $1500 Community Amenities Security Deposit payable to St. George Homeowners Association. Capital Contributions of 1.5 times the quarterly assessment payable at closing (BUYERS ONLY). All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier$B!G(Bs check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management. 

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday and Thursday

Recycling and bulk are picked up on Monday.

Please do not put either out before 5:00 day before pickup and return to your garage same day after pickup.
