Spencer Lakes is a quiet community consisting of 187 single family homes, nestled in The Villages of Palm Beach Lakes.  This family community is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, medical and hospital facilities, schools and businesses.  There is easy access to I95 either from 45^th Street or Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.

After 18 years without spring training baseball, the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros have returned to their new stadium located south of 45^th Street between Haverhill and Military Trail.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Directors meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M.

Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are as follows:

All yards must be kept mowed and all landscape neat and orderly.
All driveways, roofs, and other hardscapes must be pressure washed regularly.

Community Lease Restrictions:
All leases must be registered with the Association.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community.

Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Garbage & Recycling:
Recycling is scheduled for Monday and Thursday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 P.M. the evening prior to scheduled pickup. All containers are required to be stored out of sight.
