Community Features:
Somerset Homeowners Association is a community comprised of 288 townhouse units located in West Palm Beach, FL. featuring a community pool, tennis court and lake for residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Lease terms must be for not less than three (3) consecutive months.
• Units may be leased only twice during any calendar year regardless lease term.
• Only two (2) household pets are permitted per unit.
