Community Features:

Somerset at Abacoa is a community of 266 condominiums, located in Jupiter. The community offers a clubhouse with fitness room, library and conference room. There is a beautiful pool, tot lot playground, picnic area, and small golf area. The clubhouse and pool requires an access card for entry. The pool hours are dawn to dusk.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the 4th Wednesday of the month. Notices of dates and times are posted on the Association bulletin board by the mailboxes.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each quarterly month and may incur a 5% late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The lease period cannot be less than seven (7) consecutive months and not more than twelve months. Owners must renew the lease on a yearly basis. Tenants and/or renters are not permitted pets. No interview, back ground check or credit check is required by the Association.  A link is provided to the left to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board prior to any work being done. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left.

Garbage and Recycling:

Community residents can take household trash to the community dumpster area. No personal or bulk items permitted to be left on any Association property. Recycle bins are available for community residents’ use.
