Sierra Del Mar Property Owners Association is a townhome community comprised of 151 units located in Boca Raton, FL. Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Owners must occupy their units for a period of twelve (12) months prior to leasing the unit.
• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less six (6) consecutive months.
• A refundable lease security deposit is required payable to the Association upon submittal with lease application.
