Purchase/Lease Application
PURSUANT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS FOR SIENA OAKS HOA, PURCHASE AND LEASE APPROVAL CERTIFICATES MAY NOT BE ISSUED. A PURCHASE/LEASE INFORMATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PURCHASES AND LEASES.
No fee is required for the Purchase/Lease Information Form. The Purchase/Lease Information Form is considered complete once received, with all supporting documentation, by the Association office.
Meeting Schedules:
Board of Directors meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Architectural Committee meets the 2nd Monday of each month.
