Community Features:
Shaughnessy Village consists of 170 beautiful single-family homes nestled in the gated community of Olympia in Wellington, FL.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of day of the 1^st month of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the last day of 1^st month of the quarter and may incur a $50.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association documents for a comprehensive view of the rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:

• There is no parking on the street between the hours of 12:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No commercial vehicles are permitted.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $200 payable to GRS Community Management in the form of cashier’s check or money order. Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to your home or property must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.

Garbage and Recycling: 
Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday.
Recyclable pickup is on Tuesday.
Landscape debris and bulk pickup is on Friday.
