Community Features:
Seminole Colony is a community of 136 Mobile Home Units located in West Palm Beach, FL.
The community offers a pool and clubhouse for residents to use. As well as a storage and additional parking area.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

PET RESTRICTIONS:
No unit owner may have more than 2 animals. Dogs may not be larger than 35 pounds. Tenants are not permitted to have or bring any pets to the property.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
Only passenger vehicles and trucks under ¾ ton capacity may park on the condominium property. No commercial or recreational vehicles allowed. Compound or storage area parking restrictions – please refer to rules and regulations for specifications.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
