Community Features:

Seaview at Juno Beach is a community of 23 townhomes and 10 single family homes, located in Juno Beach. The community offers a pool and a small clubhouse.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets monthly at 5:00 PM at the clubhouse; signs are posted prior to the meetings to indicate when meetings will take place.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late after the 15th of the month and may incur a $25 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS: Two pet per owner, no pets over 25 lbs, and no pets for renters.  No breeds of dogs (pure or mixed) such as pit bulls, rottweilers, or doberman pinschers are permitted.  Renters are not permitted to have any pets.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking on the grass, street parking, overnight parking, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles and pickup trucks are all prohibited.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100 per application payable to Seaview at Juno Beach and $200 payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

ALL SALES REQUIRE A CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO ONE QUARTER’S ASSESSMENT FEE AT TIME OF CLOSING

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage Pick Up:

Garbage Pick-up is scheduled for Monday and Thursday
Bulk Pick-up requires a call to Waste Management
Recycling is scheduled for Monday
