Community Features:
Saturnia Isles HOA is a community of 356 Single Family Homes located in Delray Beach, FL.
The community offers outstanding amenities such as 24-hour manned guard gate plus roving security patrol. State of the art clubhouse with extensive fitness facility, aerobics room and social hall. Resort style swimming pool and kids pool, basketball court, tennis court, two playgrounds, jogging and biking paths.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets quarterly in the social hall.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS:

• No aggressive breeds.
• Pets must always be leashed.
• Owners are responsible for their pets.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

• Parking is designated to driveway and garages only.
• No commercial vehicles, trailer, boat or boat trailer permitted. (except in garage)
• No street or swale parking.
• No truck larger than a full-size pick-up truck.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the ACC Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

• Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Recycling pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays.
• Bulk Trash pickup is scheduled for Fridays.
