Sandpiper Walk Neighborhood is a community of 93 Single Family Homes located in West Palm Beach, FL.
The community is part of Baywinds Master Association which offers a fully staffed Clubhouse with a full time Social Director and other amenities including 4 bocce courts, 4 lit/2 unlit tennis courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, 2 sparkling swimming pools, 1 resistance-walking pool, 1 hot tub/spa, full service fitness center, aerobics room, billiards room, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, library, media room, and a versatile ballroom with a stage and privately-contracted entertainment. Baywinds clubs include Men's Club, Women's Club, Theater Arts Group, Hadassah, CERT, Citizens on Patrol, Bocce Club, Tennis Club, Clay Artisans, Craft Group, Ocean Waves Club and New York Club, just to name a few!
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7pm in the clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS
- Limit of 2 pets per home
- Pets must always be leashed
- No animal can be “tied out” on exterior of home
- No dog runs or enclosures
PARKING RESTRICTIONS
- Vehicle parking in garages and driveways only
- Do not block sidewalks
- No commercial or recreational vehicles are allowed unless parked in garage
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Master Association Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Saturday and Wednesday. Recycling and bulk are scheduled for Wednesday.
