Sand Cay at Ibis is a community of 37 Single Family Homes located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Sand Cay is a cozy neighborhood nestled along the southeastern side of Ibis Golf and Country Club. The unique entrance to Sand Cay has a modern marble column with stately bronze planters. Every residence is positioned to capture both waterfront and golf course scenery, which Ibis Golf and Country Club is famous for. Sand Cay residents in Ibis enjoy a charming park in the cul-de-sac with lush tropical landscaping. Sand Cay is surrounded by the # 6th fairway of Ibis's Tradition course.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets at the Ibis POA office on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 4pm.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter. Payments are considered late after 15 days and may incur a late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling and bulk are picked up on Saturday.
