Community Features:

Sailfish Cove is a gated community of 36 single family homes in the Baywinds Community (55+). The master association offers a host of amenities including: pools, library, Billiards Room, Community Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board Court, many programs and events, Common Area Maintenance and basic cable service to all Coves.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets as needed at the Baywinds Clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly, assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and will incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:

Parking Restrictions:

• No commercial or recreational vehicles.
• No overnight or street parking.

Pet Restrictions:

• 2 pet limit.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling and bulk trash is picked up on Wednesday.
