Riverbend is a gated Community of 47 single family homes, located in Palm City. The Community offers a boat dock, Community Gazebo, and Nature Trail.. POA maintenance payments include: Common area maintenance, Preserve and lake maintenance, and gate monitoring.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets annually for the Budget and Annual Members Meeting.
Association Financial Information:
Each property in Riverbend is responsible for a monthly, assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 16th of each month and will incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
No street parking
No commercial vehicles permitted
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application must be submitted to the Association and a certificate of approval must be provided for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease $100.00 per application and $75.00 for Background processing payable to GRS Management Associates, Inc. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management Associates, Inc.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes to the home or physical property must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link on this page.
Garbage and Recycling:
Bagged Garbage pickup: Tuesday and Friday
Recycling pickup and yard waste: Wednesday
Bulk Trash (more than one item): Must be called in to 772.595.9390 to schedule pickup.
