Community Features:
The Residences at Legacy Place Condominiums are located in Palm Beach Gardens. This community has 384 residential units consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units spread over 29 buildings. The community features a clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness & business center, two tennis courts, tot lot, and three gated entrances to the community. Access to amenities is also restricted to residents with FOBs.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly as announced.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of varying amounts. Please contact the association office for details.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
Management is not a leasing office: contact a realtor for sales/leasing by owners. The application may be downloaded at the link “Purchase/Lease Application”, and a fee of $150.00 in the form of a money order, payable to the association, must accompany the application and copy of the resale contract or lease.
Architectural Changes:
All architectural changes must be submitted to the association in writing. Please download the form at the link “ARC Application”
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse is not available for rental at this time.
Security:
The community is gated and a courtesy officer is available in the evenings. Security may be contacted at 561-866-5087 during shift hours: Every night between 6 pm and 2 am. Also, Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 2am.
Garbage and Recycling:
Recycling bins and refuse containers are located on the property.

Residences at Legacy Place Gate Instructions:
Guests can drive up to the gate call box and scroll down to the owner/renter’s last name and press the three-digit number by the name. The system will dial the owner/renter directly for access.
