Regency at Boca Pointe

Community Features:

Regency at Boca Pointe is a community of 96 condos, located in Boca Raton. The community offers a pool, spa, clubhouse with social room.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of the month at 4pm

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter (February, May, August, November).  Payments are considered late on the 10^th of each month and may incur a $25 late penalty fee plus 18% annual interest.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

No Pets permitted

Guest/vendor parking in designated areas only

No parking in front of buildings

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150 payable to GRS Community Management and $250 security deposit payable to Regency at Boca Pointe (paid at interview).  All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

All trash is to be placed in the dumpsters or trash chute located on each floor.  All trash must be secured in bags.  Recycling must be brought to first floor trash room and placed in bins.
