REGATTA HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.       

 Community Features:

Regatta Homeowner’s Association is a community of 106 Single Family Homes located in Boca Raton, FL.

The community is located within the Mission Bay Community Association.  They offer Resort Style Living with a community swimming pool, hot tub and children’s swimming pool.  A fully equipped fitness facility along with scheduled exercise classes.  12 tennis courts, 8 clay and 4 hard surfaces with onsite tennis professionals and a full size basketball court.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets monthly in the Mission Bay Clubhouse or by Zoom at 7PM.

Notice posted 48 hours in advance by the Associations EXIT gate.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the Association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

PET REGULATIONS:

  • Only owners in residents or tenants are permitted pets.
  • Pet Policy is a 2-dog limit.
  • No aggressive breed dogs permitted
  • When outside Pets must be on a leash and not permitted to run loose.
  • Pets may not be left unattended outside your home. Constant barking creates a nuisance in the community.

PARKING REGULATIONS:

  • Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited at all times, due to irrigation pipes below the surface, except in an emergency.
  • Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense when: Observed parking on the street between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM. or Observed parking on the grass repeatedly.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $200 for each applicant over 19 or fee per married couples payable to GRS Community Management.  There is also a non-refundable application fee of $150 payable to Regatta HOA.

RENTERS ONLY: A security deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to Regatta HOA must be on file.

All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Monday and Thursdays are regular garbage days.

Monday is landscape pick up.

Thursday is recycling and bulk pickup.

Landscape debris piles may not be any larger than the size of a refrigerator. If it’s too big it will require a special pick-up.   Please contact the Solid Waste Authority before leaving any bulk items at the curb to ensure they are removed on Thursday. If they are not picked up, you will need to remove it from the curb until they can be picked up.
