Community Features:
Pheasant Run Homeowners Association is a townhome community consisting of 144 units located in West Palm Beach, FL and offers a community pool, lake and picnic area for residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less six (6) consecutive months.
• Only Two (2) household pets are permitted per home and must not exceed forty (40) lbs. at maturity.

Architectural Changes:
