Paragon Plantation Condominium Association, Inc.

Community Features:
Paragon Plantation Condominium Association is located in Plantation, FL. The Community has a gated entrance to five (5) three (3) story buildings totaling one hundred fifty (150) condominium units within the Association. This family Community offers a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground and a BBQ area for all residents and their guests to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• Only two (2) dogs and/or cats are permitted in the unit and each pet must not exceed fifty (50) lbs. at maturity.
• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than six (6) months.
• A working fund/capital contribution equivalent to two (2) months of current assessments is due at the time of closing/transfer of unit.
