Palma Vista is a community of 101 single family homes located in Boca Raton, Florida. The community offers amenities such as community pool, community playground, fitness facility and clubhouse private rental room.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly, typically on a weekday in the evening. There is a notice of Board Meeting provided prior to meetings.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1 st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th day of each month and may incur a $10 or 10% late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common parking restrictions are: Street parking is permitted but should follow the rules of odd and even parking. During odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, and November) park along the side of the street where home numbers are odd numbers and during even numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) park along the side of the street where home numbers are even. Alternate side of the street parking does not apply to cul-de-sacs.

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday’s and Thursday’s. Recycling and bulk are picked up on Thursday’s and Vegetative waste is picked up on Monday’s.
