Community Features:
Palm Beach Place is a community of 338 condominium units located in Royal Palm Beach. The community offers two pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Meetings are at the Boards discretion and are posted at the mailboxes and the front of the entrances to announce the date and time.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for monthly assessments to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Dogs: 35 lbs or less, no dangerous breeds.
Leasing is every 12 months unless a tenant leaves before lease is up.
Each unit gets 1 reserved parking space in front of the building. Two cars allowed due to shortage of parking spaces. BACKING IN IS NOT PERMITTED (EXCEPTION FOR MOVING IN ONLY)
No large vans or trucks with extended cabs.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to Palm Beach Place Condo Assoc. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided to the left to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
An interview with the Community Manager is required at least 5 days prior to move in.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors and followed by the documents. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left.
Garbage and Recycling:
Recycling is picked up on Tuesday, bulk trash is picked up on Wednesday, and regular garbage is picked up on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
