Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. on the Association’s Pool Deck.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association and is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
A Purchase/Lease Application and a Certificate of Approval are required for residency along with applicable fees. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Please click on the link on the left rail to access the purchase/lease application and all applicable information and documentation. Applications may take up to thirty days to process. A completed application must be submitted 15 days prior to closing. The orientation must be completed 14 days prior to closing. Please note applications must be submitted online, or in-person at the GRS office – only. The property manager cannot accept applications.
Architectural Changes:
Please submit your completed application to ACC@oakseasthoa.org. (Refundable) deposits (if applicable) should be made out to Oaks East HOA Association. Please click on the link on the left rail to access the ACC Application.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage, Yard Waste (place in black bags only), and Recycling & Bulk Trash is scheduled for pick up on Wednesday. Garbage only is scheduled for pickup on Saturday.
