Community Features:

Milano Condos is a community of 200 condominiums, located at 1709 Village Blvd. West Palm Beach, FL. The community offers a Clubhouse, gated entrance with night security guard on-site, gym, swimming pool, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, indoor racquetball court and a spa. Water included in Assessment

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors as determined by the Board of Directors.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a MONTHLY assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each MONTH.  Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

• No parking on streets all vehicles must be in reserved or guest parking spots.
• Numbered parking permit tag required on vehicle at all times for reserved spots.
• Guest parking permit tag required on vehicles park overnight. This permit does not apply to reserved spots.
• No pick-up truck, camper, recreational or commercial vehicle, boat, scooter, motorcycle or moped may be parked in any parking space and may not be kept on any common element.
• Restricted moving in and out hours.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and supporting documentation are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is processed at no charge. Parking passes could only be requested by unit owners via email to ascott2@grsmgt.com. Parking passes are $100.00 ea. and all payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Architectural Changes:

All flooring and hurricane shutters request must be approved by the board. Requests must be accompanied by a $500.00 refundable deposit payable to Milano Condominium.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up weekly, bins within dumpster enclosures.
