Manchester Greens is a community within Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, located on the border of Wellington, Florida, and is comprised of 49 single family homes.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the fourth Thursday of every month.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. (January, April, July and October) Payments are considered late on the 15^th of each month due and may incur a late penalty fee.

Pets: 

Pets must be keep on a leash at all times while outdoors and all waste deposited by a pet shall be immediately removed by owner.  (Palm Beach Leash law, Ordinance Section #4 as well as Association Documents).

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community.

A lease shall be a period of not less than four months. No more than one rental may occur in a 12 consecutive months period. Please return all documentation to GRS Management, 3900 Woodlake Blvd, Suite 309, Lake Worth, FL 33463. Dues must be up to date for approval. Manchester Greens will submit these papers to Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, which is the Master Association, for its approval.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pick up is on Tuesday and Friday and recycling, vegetation and bulk pick up is on Tuesday only.
