Community Features:
Lucerne Lakes Condominium Association, Inc. is a community of 14 condo units, located in Lake Worth. The community offers a Clubhouse with the main swimming pool, sauna, steam room, community room and card room. In addition, there is a second swimming pool opposite the condo building.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
No pets allowed.
Each unit is assigned one numbered parking spot; any additional car must park in “Guest” parking.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150.00 payable to Lucerne Lakes Condominium Association, Inc. All payments must be in U.S. funds in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pick-up is scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Recycling is collected on Wednesday and Saturday. Bulk pick-up is scheduled for Wednesday and must be called in to the office the day before and item(s) put out the night before scheduled pick-up day.
