Lucerne Lakes South Homeowners Association

Community Features:

Lucerne Lakes South Homeowners Association is an over 55 community that consists of 236 Homes located in Lake Worth.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets on the 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm at the clubhouse, except for July and August.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter, January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each quarter and may incur a $5.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

Pets: A maximum of two (2) domestic pets per household.  Always pick up pet waste!  No pet shall roam free; they must be on a lease.

Parking: No parking on the grass. No parking on the street between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am.

Additional parking for Swim Club Members is available at the “east over flow” Swim Club parking lot. Please place your name and phone number on the dash.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150.00 payable to Lucerne Lakes HOA and $200.00 to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the “ARC Request Application” link under downloads.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling and vegetation are picked up on Friday's.

Trash/recycling cannot be placed at the curb any earlier than 3:00pm on the day before collection and must be removed on the same day.
