Community Features:
Lotus Palm consists of 525 Luxury Single Family homes, located in Boca Raton, Florida. We have a remarkable Clubhouse spanning over 26,500 square feet across more than 5 acres. The Clubhouse Includes: A Lounge with cocktails and Happy Hour, full-service Bistro & Bar with Indoor and Outdoor seating. The clubhouse also has an Indoor Multi Sports Court, 24/7 Fully equipped fitness Center; Game Room; Card Room; Multi-Purpose Room; Locker Rooms with Showers. We also feature a Resort Style Pool with shaded and covered patio seating, lap pool and Beach Entry Pool. There will be Aqua fitness classes, Swim classes, Poolside events and parties along with the Splash Park and Party Pavilion with shaded playground and interactive wet play area for events and Birthday celebrations.

The complex also consists of: 6 lighted clay tennis courts and 5 lighted pickleball courts with spectator viewing areas.  We offer clinics and lessons for all levels of play.  Enjoy shopping at our Racquet Center (Pro Shop). We offer an indoor Multi-Sports Complex with Basketball Games and Tournaments, Volleyball and Events. Lotus Palm also offers a Yoga Garden with group classes, Yoga classes and peaceful meditation.

Association Financial Information:
Quarterly payments are due on the 1st of each quarter. A late penalty will be assessed and accrued, if not paid within fifteen (15) days after same becomes due.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior improvements, additions, or alterations, (including landscaping) require approval of the (ACC) Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. You may also obtain the application at the HOA on-site office.
