Association Financial Information:
Quarterly payments are due on the 1st of each quarter. A late penalty of $25 will be assessed and accrued, if not paid within fifteen (15) days after same becomes due.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee of $200.00 is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior improvements, additions, or alterations, (including landscaping) require approval of the (ACC) Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. You may also obtain the application at the HOA on-site office.
