Community Features:

Lakeside Green is a community of 120 Townhomes, located in the City of West Palm Beach.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the third Monday of the month at the Master Association Clubhouse. Meeting start time is 7:00 pm.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a MONTHLY assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each MONTH. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each month and may incur a late fee penalty.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for lease is $100.00 payable to Lakeside Green II-B and $100.00 payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided here to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management. *Please note that there is a Minimum Credit Score of 650 required of any applicant considered for lease. Credit Scores and Background check run through the Association Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. Completed forms with all required documentation may be submitted to Management for review of the Committee. Approval letters will be sent following signed approval. Work may not commence without written approval of the HOA.

Garbage and Recycling:

Dumpsters are located on Willow Brook Circle and Willow Pond Circle. All trash must be in a closed bag and placed inside of the dumpster. Recycling bins are also located at each dumpster station for your convenience. Please follow proper recycling guidelines as notated on each bin.
